We had a fantastic stay at Lares De Chacras! the hotel's location outside of the city center was perfect for a peaceful getaway. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, assisting us with planning activities and wine tastings in Mendoza. They even arranged our bike rental and self-guided winery tour. Our room was initially near the dining area, but the staff quickly accommodated our request for a more private room. The facilities were clean and functional, and the spacious room provided a comfortable stay.

This is one of the most beautiful, relaxing hotels I have ever stayed in. It felt more like staying at a friends house, especially on the chilly evenings when staff lit the fire in the main sitting room. There is a large underground cellar on the premises and the staff were able to speak very knowledgeably about the various wines and recommended a sensational Malbec (of course) to have over dinner. We appreciated the little extras, for example organising massages, arranging taxis and making reservations for dinners and tours
The only issue we had with our stay was the barking dogs - the hotel is situated in a suburban area. We just slept with ear plugs so it was an easy issue to overcome.

We would like to have internet in the rooms, they only have it at the bar.

We had a fantastic time at this charming hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved having our own patio overlooking the pool. The private dinner in the wine cellar was a highlight of our stay, with delicious food and exceptional service from the friendly staff. The breakfast offered a good variety, and we appreciated the option to have a simple packed breakfast when we had early activities. Despite the slow wifi, it allowed us to be more present and enjoy our time at the hotel. we highly recommend this amazing boutique hotel!

Delicious Buffet Breakfast: The breakfast at this hotel is a true culinary delight. Every morning, I indulged in a mouthwatering buffet spread that featured a wide selection of local ingredients. The flavors were so exquisite that it felt like my taste buds were taking a dreamy trip across the vineyards of Mendoza.
Miscommunication about Game Room: The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was a miscommunication about the game room. The website mentioned its presence, but upon arrival, I was informed that it doesn't exist.

The hotel offered a range of activities that kept both the kids and adults entertained. From exploring the nearby Nieto Senetiner Winery to participating in fun games and activities arranged by the friendly staff, there was never a dull moment. The facilities were great, with a safe place for the kids to play, a cozy TV lounge for family movie nights, and even a children's playground for them to enjoy. We felt like the hotel had thought of everything to make our family's stay memorable.
For dads, it would be great to have a larger variety of children's menu options.

This cozy boutique hotel made our city trip to the wine region even more charming. The location in a quiet residential area was a plus, and the spacious room with balcony had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast and dinner were top-notch, with fair prices. We enjoyed the local dishes and friendly staff that made us feel at home. One of the best parts was having a pool and hot tub all to ourselves, which was very relaxing after wine tastings.
The village area was not as special as we expected, and the wineries were not very close by. With limited wifi connection, we had to plan and research ahead of time.
